1. The temperature at the entrance of the drying way is too high or there is no temperature gradient. The temperature at the entrance is too high and the drying is too fast, so that the solvent on the surface of the glue layer evaporates rapidly and the surface crusts.

2. There is a problem with the rubber roll or scraper, and a certain point cannot be pressed, forming neutral and opaque.

3. There is too much dust in the air in the production environment, and there is dust in the hot air blown into the drying duct after gluing.

4, the amount of glue on the stretch film is insufficient, there is a blank, there is a small air bubble, causing spots or opaque, should be checked on the amount of glue, so that it is enough and uniform.
