BOPA film is a commonly used substrate in the production of stretch film. Due to the presence of -NH- and -C-O= in the molecular structure of BOPA, hydrogen bonds will be formed. When water is close to BOPA, water molecules will be involved to form a longer molecular chain hydrogen bond, which increases flexibility and air permeability.

Experiments have shown that the length of 100mm film will grow to 110mm when placed in a high humidity environment for 10 minutes, with a change range of 10%. This feature of film is not conducive to production, a little careless, will cause similar paper flounces, and lead to overprinting is not allowed, specification deviation, compound spots and other quality problems.

Stretch film manufacturers should pay attention to seasonal production problems, especially to pay attention to and control the temperature and humidity of the production workshop, install temperature and humidity adjustment instruments, arrange special personnel to monitor the data, form a record file, as far as possible to control the ambient temperature at about 24℃, the relative humidity control at 60%; Once abnormal is found, it should be handled in time, adjust the process, eliminate hidden dangers, and ensure safe production.
