But that's not why.
Stretch film this polyethylene blend should be hot filled at 100℃, otherwise under the tension of filling, even if not broken, there will be a large tensile deformation.
Usually, this liquid filling film uses co-extruded tensile film with high temperature resistance and good strength, such as nylon adhesive resin /PE. Although the inner layer is PE, the outer layer is nylon film, which can be heat resistant and high strength, so the fuse breaker can not be used to melt and break the pocket. The use of PP/EVA/PE co-extrusion film can be fused, not overheating sealing temperature in 190-200℃ is higher. The thickness should be appropriately increased to 80-90μm to ensure the strength of the composite film.
Another reason why the stretch film is easy to break is that the tension is too large. The solution is to reduce the tension of the packaging machine. In fact, after sterilizing at 100℃, it is cooled properly to reduce the temperature of hot filling. As long as it is carried out in the environment of asepsis room, it can also improve the problem of easy breaking.
