The Production Process Of Stretch Winding Film Manufacturers
Leave a message
Stretch wrap film is a commonly used packaging material used to secure and protect goods. The following is the general process of stretching and winding film:
First, prepare the required stretch winding film roll and winding machine. Ensure that the winding machine is in normal working condition, check the functions and safety devices of the machine.
Adjust the parameters of the winding machine according to the size, shape and weight of the goods. This includes adjusting Settings such as speed, tension and stretch ratio of the winding machine to ensure tight wrap and stability of the film.
Place the goods on the turntable of the winding machine and ensure that the goods are stable. Pallets or other supports can be used to improve the stability of the goods.
Start the winding machine to start winding automatically or manually. The winding machine will pull the stretch wrap film out of the drum and wrap it tightly around the cargo.
The tension and tensile force of the stretched winding film can be adjusted according to the needs. Higher tensile forces can provide a tighter wrapping effect, but be careful not to overstretch resulting in film breakage or damage to the cargo.
When multi-layer winding is carried out to increase the stability and protection of the package. Between each layer of winding, a cutter or thermal cutter can be used to cut the film.
Stop the winding machine when the required number of winding layers is completed. The stretch wrap film is cut and fixed or secured to the goods to ensure the stability of the package.
The above is a general stretch winding film process, the specific operating steps may vary depending on the winding model number and packaging requirements.
