What Are The Requirements For Temperature in The Production Of PE Stretch Winding Film
Leave a message
PE stretch film is a new type of packaging material in the logistics industry, which can be widely used in the centralized packaging of various goods, and is widely used in foreign trade export, papermaking, hardware, plastic chemicals, building materials, food and medicine industries. The production of this material has great requirements for temperature, so what kind of requirements it has for temperature in production:
In the production process of PE stretch film, it can be divided into the following two stages according to temperature:
1. Heating stage
Under the premise of ensuring that PE stretch film billet is not affected by steam, the heating time should be shortened as far as possible, as long as the steam is continuously and evenly sent into the maintenance room for 1 to 1.5 hours.
2, constant temperature stage
The constant temperature stage is an important stage in which the strength of the body increases due to hydration and hydrothermal synthesis. With the extension of the constant temperature time, the more and more water compounds are gathered, and the strength increases faster and faster. However, after the constant temperature reaches a certain time, the strength growth begins to slow down. Different raw material ratio, different production technology, the production of gas block billet, have a corresponding optimal constant temperature time.
For example, under the humid and hot conditions of 96 ~ 100 ° C, the constant temperature time is 8 hours in spring and autumn, 7 hours in summer, and 10 hours in winter. In the cooling stage, when the production volume is large and the space of the curing room is not enough, the door of the curing room should be opened and rapid cooling should be taken, which will lead to temperature difference stress in the surface of the PE stretched film, causing the surface to be strained and easy to form micro-cracks. Therefore, we must control the cooling speed, and the cooling should not exceed 10℃ every 30 minutes; The temperature difference between the maintenance room and the outside is not greater than 30 ° C, and the finished product can go out of the room.
These are the general requirements for temperature in the production of PE stretch film. In daily production, strict control of the production temperature is a necessary condition to ensure that the product has high tensile strength, large elongation, good self-viscosity, high transparency and is widely used in all walks of life.
