But when we purchased stretch films, we found that some stretch films have good elasticity and some are slightly less elastic. So what are the reasons for their elasticity?

1. Affected by raw materials: the choice of raw materials is also very important. Good raw materials make good PVC stretch film products. This new film (thin and soft transparent sheet) has advantages in terms of environmental protection, viscosity, elasticity, etc. (Note: it can overwhelm each other's advantages).

2. Affected by climate: Climate change is the most important factor affecting the viscosity and elasticity of PVC stretch film. EVA was originally used as a self-adhesive material for stretch films, but the cost was high and the taste was good, and PI was used later

3. VLDPE is a self-adhesive material, and LLDPE is the main substrate, including C4, C6, C8 and metallocene polyethylene (MPE). The viscosity will decrease in summer production. Due to the external reasons of high temperature in summer, the viscosity should not be too large in summer production. The packaged product has good viscosity and elasticity; in winter production, due to the cold weather, the viscosity and elasticity are not very good. At this time, additives such as seasonings should be added in time to control its elasticity and sometimes maintain its tension and elasticity.
