What Are The Advantages Of Multi-layer Wrapping Film?

In order to adapt to the various packaging requirements of stretch film, a multi-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine is presented, only to be able to blow multi-layer plastic film, so what are the advantages of stretch film with many layers?
Films with many layers are only suitable for machine-wrapped cast film. Hand-wrap blown stretch films have one to three layers of LLDPE blends containing expensive cling lick additives not used in cast films.
Films with more layers generally do not have more different materials. Separating one resin stream into sheets stacked together produced the remaining sheets in the feedblock. This technology is typically used in sheet extrusion to achieve a more uniform resin distribution.
Replacing thin layers of industrial extrusion can improve pinhole strength. Extruding metallocene resins thinner actually makes them less prone to cracking, just like glass.
The same nine-layer film as plywood has higher pre-stretch, pinhole strength and tear resistance than the five-layer film.
The alternate thin layer of mLLDPE also enables greater use of low-cost wide-form films and reduces the need for mLLDPE. The metallocene content dropped to 33% in the seven-layer film with three-layer mLLDPE.
There is also controversy over using more extruders when there are good reasons for the feedblock to build up multiple layers from one resin stream. Using two extruders for a thin layer of one resin increases the output of the line, but does not affect film function. High-volume production lines with two 4.5″ extruders instead of one 6″ extruder also provide flexibility for the production of complex or simple products, with temperature control at 4.5″ extruders compared to 6″ extruders The extruder is much simpler.
