The production of this material has great requirements on temperature, so what kind of requirements on temperature in the production:
In the production process of PE stretch film, it can be divided into the following two stages according to temperature:
1. Heating stage
Under the premise that PE stretch film billet is not affected by steam, the heating time should be shortened as far as possible, as long as the steam is continuously and evenly sent into the curing room for 1 ~ 1.5 hours.
2. Constant temperature stage
The constant temperature stage is an important stage in which the strength of the body increases due to hydration and hydrothermal synthesis. With the extension of constant temperature time, more and more water compounds are accumulated, and the strength increases faster and faster. However, when the constant temperature reaches a certain time, the growth of intensity begins to slow down. Different raw material ratio, different production technology, the production of air block billet, have a corresponding optimal constant temperature time.
For example, under the humid and hot conditions of 96 ~ 100 ℃, the constant temperature time is 8 hours in spring and autumn, 7 hours in summer and 10 hours in winter. In the cooling stage, when the production volume is large and the curing room space is not enough, the door of the curing room should be opened and rapid cooling should be taken, which will lead to the temperature difference stress between the PE tensile film body surface, so that the surface is strained and easy to form micro cracks. Therefore, we must control the cooling speed, every 30 minutes of cooling should not exceed 10℃; The temperature difference between the maintenance room and the outside is not greater than 30℃, and the finished product can go out of the room.
