Generally speaking, there are two main methods to obtain the viscosity of PE stretch film. One is to add PIB or its master material to the polymer; The other is to blend VLDPE.

Secondly, PIB is a translucent viscous liquid, it needs to have a process, will be affected by the temperature, when the temperature is high viscosity is strong; It is not too sticky when the temperature is low, and the viscosity is greatly reduced after stretching. There is a process of PIB migration, which usually takes three days. In addition, it is affected by temperature. The viscosity is strong when the temperature is high. It is not too sticky when the temperature is low, and the viscosity is greatly reduced after stretching.

Again, if it is mixed with VLDPE, the viscosity will be slightly worse, there is no special requirement for the equipment, the viscosity is relatively stable, not controlled by time. However, PE stretch film is also affected by temperature. When the temperature is higher than 30℃, it is relatively sticky, and when it is lower than 15℃, the viscosity is slightly worse. The required viscosity can be achieved by adjusting the amount of LLDPE in the sticky layer.
