It is more firm, but once the viscosity is reduced, the protective function will be greatly reduced, so it will cause certain damage. (1) There are many materials for making stretch film, which mainly depends on the application field of the product, so if you want to control its viscosity, you can work hard on the material. It is not suitable for all C4-LLDPE materials. C6 and C8 materials are often used because they are easy to process, and the temperature will also affect its viscosity. Generally, we will place the product at a temperature of fifteen to twenty-five degrees. In the environment, if the temperature exceeds 30 degrees, the viscosity will increase; if it is lower than 15 degrees, the viscosity will deteriorate again.

(2) Since there are polyethylene components in the stretched film, we can adjust the amount of polyethylene in the adhesive layer to achieve the required viscosity; because the molecular weight distribution of the stretched film is relatively narrow and the processing range is relatively narrow, so Usually only five percent of polyethylene can be added to reduce the melt viscosity, so that its flatness will also be improved to increase the flatness of the film.
